Other facts given in the Qur'an about rain is that the rain descended to earth in some degree. It is mentioned in Surah Az Zukhruf as follows;
"And Who sends down rain from the sky according to the level of (necessary) and then we turn the water off the land, like that day you will be excluded (from the dead)." (Qur'an, 43:11)
Levels in this rain might have once again been discovered by modern research. It is estimated that in one second, about 16 million tons of water evaporates from the earth. This figure produces 513 trillion tons of water per year. This figure was equal to the amount of rain that fell to earth in one year. This means the water is always spinning in a cycle is balanced by "the size or levels of" certain. Life on earth depends on this water cycle. Even though humans use all the technologies that exist in this world, they will not be able to make a cycle like this.
